How does quinoa with peaches and feta sound? Maybe try sautéing chicken with fresh tomatoes and peppers or slathering pizza with garden-fresh pesto. A trip to the farmers market to whip up something amazing in 30 minutes or less, submit ideas here.
We know how easy it is to make main dishes in your pressure cooker, now we're looking for speedy sides. We're dreaming of creamy cheddar risotto topped with crispy sage or loaded potatoes brimming with bacon, how about Instant Pot corn pudding or savory, smoky greens. We'd love to try garlicky artichokes or sweet and sour beets too!
From speedy chicken curry to short-cut sauerbraten, we’re looking for ethnic main dishes that come together in a snap. If your dinner has 5 ingredients or less (not counting water, oil, salt & pepper) we want to taste it!
Think crispy teriyaki tempeh with broccoli and pineapple or teriyaki glazed chops with sweet potatoes and asparagus. Or maybe a simple pan-roasted chicken cutlet with zucchini fries. Breakfast for dinner? Okay, that works too!
As the weather cools down, our thoughts turn to soups and stews! We all love those warm and hearty soups you get at your favorite restaurants but can you make your own version of them? Can you create a version of Panera’s Bistro French Onion Soup or maybe their Summer Corn Chowder? How about Olive Garden’s Chicken & Gnocchi Soup? Or maybe the Lobster Bisque from Red Lobster? Let’s break out those Dutch ovens, chop those veggies and get to stewing up something tasty! Be sure to include the name of the restaurant in the title of your recipe.
One-dish recipes are a blessing for the time-starved cook, and if we’re being totally honest, for those of us who just don’t want to clean up a lot of dishes. Dishes like General Tso’s Chicken & Cauliflower Casserole or Sheet Pan Maple-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes are just what we’re looking for. Let’s start creating recipes where everything, the veggies, starch and protein are all cooked in a single pot, pan, sheet try or baking dish.
What’s that one unique, unexpected ingredient that makes a recipe sing? Do you sneak cream cheese in your chocolate chip cookies? Is baking cocoa the backbone of your chili? Are your chicken wings tossed in baking powder to get them teeth-rattling crispy? We’re looking for your most interesting ingredient people wouldn’t expect in a recipe.

If you rule the roost when it comes to chicken recipes, pull out your air fryer, pressure cooker, sheet pan or skillet, and prove it. Do you make your fried chicken in the Instant Pot? Sounds crazy… and crazy good! So does the copycat orange chicken you’ve perfected or your convection-oven chicken Parm. In fact, any delicious dish starring the bird will do, so long as it has 12 ingredients or fewer! Send in your best for a chance to win big.
